Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new email account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to forward mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest.
